Jerry N. Saunders, is the oldest of three children raised on the south side of Chicago, Illinois.  At an early age he developed a love for both music and sports.  His musical talent was strengthened through theatrical performances and his involvement with the Soul Children of Chicago.

Jerry's musical ear continued to be trained as he worked as an assistant to the VP of A&R for Jive Records since the age of eighteen.  However, benefiting from a personal relationship with the VP, Jerry has actually been involved with A&R duties since 1989.   His passion to hear good music and see quality entertainment culminated with his desire to be an entrepreneur has recently come together.

In 1996 Jerry left his hometown to attend Illinois State University and pursue a degree in business.  In May 2001, Jerry successfully obtained a B.S. degree in Marketing.  During this time, Jerry organized a new student registered organization, EnTime Entertainment, in January 2001.  EnTime produced a talent show in April 2001, drawing the largest turnout for the venue in the previous four years.

Upon graduation, Jerry secured an opportunity as a Marketing Specialist with Aon Risk Services in Chicago, Illinois.  Aon is a global insurance brokerage and Jerry's responsibilities were with the corporate communications department covering internal and external communications.  He was soon promoted to work as a commercial lines broker. 

After one year of employment with Aon, Jerry made the move of his life.  He relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, in September 2002, to follow his dream. . .the dream of owning his own business and working with music and entertainment.  This risky move has produced what today is EnTime, Inc.

As CEO, and co-partner, Jerry is leading the building of EnTime's foundation in Arizona.
